Our traditional butcher specialises in additive-free meat and poultry, including our own home-produced, grass-fed beef (hung for up to 60 days!), as well as our famous tomahawk steaks, pork and lamb. To supplement what we rear ourselves we buy in from other local Sussex farms. We also make 20 different varieties of sausage seasonally and hold a wide range of cured bacon and other charcuterie. In season we also sell local game, such as venison, pheasant, rabbit, pigeon and wild boar.
At Christmas we supply free range poultry including Turkeys, geese, ducks and chickens .
Our butcher is always available to make sure that you get exactly the cut you require.
